CELLARS in Kenilworth Road, Royal Leamington Spa, a large Victorian property – which had been a seriously damp condition for a number of years and had flooded on numerous occasions – have been brought back into use.
The expansive cellar space has been converted to high-standard living accommodation after being tanked by Cellar-tec/Kilrot. Engineers used the Basement Living Group (BLG) cavity membrane tanking system to rectify the problems. The water ingress issue was dealt with a BLG Maxi Sump System including channels and pumps.
These properties now offer quality, residential accommodation thanks to Cellar-tec/Kilrot’s expertise and involvement.
