Cavity Drain Above Ground
In addition to the use of a cavity drain membrane below external ground levels, the membrane can have many advantageous uses in an ABOVE GROUND situation.
INTERNAL WALL LINING
Including lining of walls via the use of BLG 8 or BLG MESH membrane to isolate the internal finishes from various forms of dampness (rising or penetrating), salt contamination etc. In addition the membrane can be used as a 'fast-track' option in flood repair contracts.
EXTERNAL WALL LINING
The BLG MESH membrane can be utilised in an external situation to once again isolate a wall from penetrating dampness ie the membrane can be installed to an external wall prior to the application of a render (subject to specification).
INTERNAL FLOOR LINING
The BLG 8 or SLIMLINE membrane can be used as a 'fast-track' option over new or existing floor structures. In addition the membrane can be used as a 'fast-track' option in flood repair contracts. not finished.
